David has been a leader in the home services industry for over 20 years, and in leadership for nearly three decades. His career has taken him around the world, working with some of the biggest names in service and sales—helping individuals and companies achieve their goals and grow with confidence.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, David and his wife Tammy launched their own service business, which has since expanded into four companies across three industries. For more than five years, he has trained and spoken on leadership, focusing on accountability, self-awareness, and servant-minded influence.

In 2025, David authored his first book, Beyond Sunday, a bold challenge to the church to rise up and live out Christ’s call to love our neighbor.

With a deep passion for Jesus and for the men who serve Him, David feels called to meet men where they are and challenge them to embrace God’s purpose for their lives. He lives north of Atlanta with his wife, Tammy, and works daily alongside their three grown children who run the operations of Covenant Services.
